Children treated with home continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) or non-invasive ventilation (NIV) should be followed in order to check the tolerance and efficacy of the treatment. Whether the monitoring of home CPAP/NIV is performed at home or in-hospital, the assessments should be done on a regular basis according to the clinical practice, ideally using the same monitoring resources.
